Attorney Peter B. Robb was sworn in as General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or Agency) today for a four year term. Mr. Robb was nominated by President Donald J. Trump in September and was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on November 8, 2017. He replaces Richard F. Griffin, Jr., who served as General Counsel from November 4, 2013 to October 31, 2017. Following the end of Mr. Griffin’s term, Deputy General Counsel Jennifer A. Abruzzo served as Acting General Counsel from November 1, 2017 to November 17, 2017.
